FAQ 1

Do I need a personal trainer?

Personal trainers are more than workout guides. They are educational resources who provide motivation and support. Personal trainers also possess tools to help you reach your goals faster or overcome a fitness plateau. For instance, our in-home personal trainers…
 • Create accountability within a specific timeframe
 • Are experienced with training clients with many different medical conditions
 • Ideal for individuals who are intimidated by large health clubs, or unsure of a gym trainer’s experience and knowledge.
  • Reduce your risk of personal injury
  • Ideal for busy individuals who prefer to work out in the privacy of their home.
  • Have specific medical knowledge that may be needed for training individuals with limitations.

I've never had a personal trainer before. What can I expect?

At your first meeting we will go over your fitness goals, a basic health questionnaire and a 15 minute Fitness Assessment (Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Posture). During workouts your personal trainer will lead you through a workout specifically designed for you based on your goals and fitness assessment. You will get a challenging workout, but we will always go at your pace. Your personal trainer will increase the intensity gradually so that you always get a great workout but you’re not getting too sore or tired.

Who provides the equipment?

An in-home personal trainer may bring their own equipment or take advantage of the equipment you have at your home or office (if the trainer deems it’s safe and working properly). Dozens of machines are not necessary to achieve fitness goals. Portable equipment or outdoor terrain can be just as effective, if not more.

Where can I train?

All of our personal trainers can come to your home, office or an outdoors location. Many clients prefer to work out with the equipment they have purchased for their homes. Others prefer trainers to visit their office during lunch breaks. No lines, no waiting, no crowds.

What areas do you serve?

Our personal trainers have clients in the following cities:  New Smyrna, Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach Shores, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and Ormond Beach.

How long until I see results?

If you do everything your personal trainer tells you to do, you’ll usually start to feel much better within a couple of weeks. In a month, you’ll definitely notice that you are leaner and your clothes fit better. Most clients tell us that 60-90 days into it is when the compliments start flowing in---“Have you lost weight?” “You look great!” etc.
