3 New Tools for a Leaner, Stronger, Happier You
If you've followed my blog for any time at all, you know that I enjoy pointing you towards new & useful fitness tools. My original thought was to call this a 1-2 punch...I found (1) a great online fitness program and (2) an awesome detox program. (And after age 30, just about everybody needs a detox program!)
But then I found a third resource---one with workout music!---so now I'm thinking I just call this post TRIPLE THREAT For Fitness.
The first one up is "The Modern Woman's Guide To Strength Training". I could give you my summary, but when I saw the review of Eric Cressey (a very respected member of the fitness community) I thought, "perfect!"
