Daytona Beach Boot Camp or Group Personal Training?

Fitness boot camps have been part of the fabric of American fitness for over ten years. There's several boot camps in Ormond Beach and at least one boot camp in Daytona Beach that I know of. Even while putting together this post, I read that there is going to be a brand new boot camp in Port Orange.
Fitness boot camps are everywhere because people like them and they fill a need.

We're in the final stages of putting together an 8 week "pilot program"...a first-time joining of expertise. This is our Beta test before we officially roll out our joint program in late spring. We're going to be calling it Physicians Fit Clinic.
This is going to be the ultimate fitness & weight management program...there simply is nothing like this at all in our area. A physician with a passion for wellness and weight management (no shots, no hormones) combined with a fitness professional that specializes in functional fitness after 40.

Dr. Dimayuga will be explaining his life-changing weight loss program this Saturday, March 29th at 10:00 am, where he'll go over things like:
